T20 Series Precision Swiss Type Lathe

T20系列精密纵切自动车床系列机床具有高精密、高速的通用性能，同时刀具排布采用两轴控制横排刀式刀架排布结构，刀架部分采用独特的高刚性设计，可实现大吃刀量的高刚性加工。该系列机床的Z轴行程可达245mm,较长工件可减少送料次数，提高加工效率。对于绝大部分长度在245mm 以内的零件，可以一次送料完成零件全长度的加工。

该系列机床标配高速精密同步回转导套，工件端面孔系加工功能，工件侧面钻孔、攻丝、铣扁加工功能的动力刀具功能模块，也可选配工件端面钻孔、攻丝、铣槽、偏心孔加工功能的动力刀具功能模块，超长行程的Y轴可根据客户需要灵活定制多种刀具功能组合。配置自动送料机，自动接料装置，实现自动连续加工高精度、多批量、外形复杂的轴类零件的精密复合加工。

The T20 series precision longitudinal-cutting automatic lathes feature high precision and high-speed versatility. Their tool arrangement employs a two-axis-controlled transverse tool post configuration, with the tool posts designed with unique high-rigidity construction to enable high-rigidity machining with large cutting depths. The Z-axis stroke of these machines reaches up to 245 mm, reducing feed cycles for longer workpieces and improving machining efficiency. For most parts with lengths under 245 mm, the entire length can be machined in a single feed operation.

This series of machine tools is standardly equipped with high-speed precision synchronous rotary guide sleeves, end face machining capabilities for workpieces, and power tool modules enabling side drilling, tapping, and milling operations. Optional power tool modules also support end face drilling, tapping, slot milling, and eccentric hole machining. The ultra-long stroke Y-axis allows flexible customization of various tool function combinations according to customer requirements. The system incorporates an automatic feeding unit and material receiving device, enabling automated continuous precision compound machining of high-precision, multi-batch, and complex-shaped shaft components.
