卸 荷 式 夹 紧 机 构 ：Unloading Type Clamping Mechanism:

采用获取专利的双级夹紧气缸卸荷装置，延长了夹紧机构的寿命。主轴最高转速6000转/分钟，可以实现高速、高效自动化加工。

The adoption of a dual-stage clamping cylinder unloading device with patented technology extends the service life of the clamping mechanism. With a maximum spindle speed of 6,000 revolutions per minute, it enables high-speed and efficient automated machining.

高 刚 性 床 身 ：High Rigidity Bed:

床身设计经热变形分析，采用高质量密烘铸铁铸造，提高了机床的刚性。

The bed design, optimized through thermal deformation analysis, is fabricated from high-quality dense-dried cast iron, enhancing the rigidity of the machine tool.

高 精 度 进 给：Accurate Feeding

进给各轴全伺服驱动，采用高精度滚珠丝杠，保证加工精度及长时间的精度保持，进给各轴重复定位精度<±3μm。

All feed axes are fully servo-driven, utilizing high-precision ball screws to ensure machining accuracy and long-term precision maintenance, with repeat positioning accuracy of <±3μm for each feed axis.

排 刀 式 刀 架：Comb Type Tool Rest

排刀式刀架结构使重复换刀误差为最小，换刀高速准确，能够大幅度节省加工时间。

The blade-cutting type tool holder structure minimizes repetitive tool-changing errors, enabling high-speed and precise tool changes that significantly reduce machining time.

机 床 导 轨 结 构 ：Guide way Construction:

机床导轨采用宽规格、高精度直线导轨，增强机床整体刚性，进给轴导轨全封闭防护，提高了机床导轨寿命。

外置式独立强电柜设计，维护方便，使用更加安全。右置侧拉式冷却箱和接屑盒，方便狭小空间摆放。

The external independent high-voltage cabinet features a user-friendly design for easy maintenance and enhanced safety. The right-side pull-out cooling unit and chip collection box facilitate installation in confined spaces.
